The Marchand Classic Driver Chronograph takes its inspiration from the GT cars and motor racing of the 1970s and 1980s.
Its 43mm stainless-steel case surrounds a black motorsport-inspired dial, with contrasting chronograph displays and a distinctive red-zone detail recalling the instruments of a classic performance car.
The black perforated genuine-leather rally strap completes the connection, referencing the driving gloves, leather interiors and functional details of period competition cars.
Inside is a dependable Japanese quartz chronograph movement, while 100 metres of water resistance makes the Classic Driver practical enough for regular use. Turn it over and a chequered-pattern caseback provides one final nod to the race track.
