These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

 

2. Contract Formation

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order acknowledgement email.

  2. This does not constitute acceptance.

  3. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of pricing errors.

 

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include UK VAT where applicable.

For EU customers:

  • VAT treatment will follow UK export rules and applicable EU import regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs clearance charges in their country.

For non-UK customers:

  • Prices may exclude local import duties and taxes.

 

4. Consumer Right to Cancel (Distance Selling – UK & EU)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within:

14 days from the day you receive your goods.

You must notify us in writing (email accepted) within this period.

After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refund Conditions:

  • Goods must be unused and returned in original condition.

  • All packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Exclusions from Cancellation Rights

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalised watches

  • Special order items

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery (where hygiene applies)

  • Goods showing signs of wear beyond reasonable inspection

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if goods show diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

 

5. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose:

  • Within 30 days: You may reject goods for a full refund.

  • Within 6 months: We must repair or replace unless disproportionate.

  • After 6 months: You may be required to prove the fault was present at delivery.

These rights are in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

6. Warranty

All watches are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, generally two (2) years unless otherwise stated.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Unauthorised repairs

  • Water damage due to misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Straps, batteries, and accumulators (unless proven defective)

We reserve the right to inspect products before approving warranty claims.

 

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk transfers upon delivery.

We are not liable for courier delays, customs delays, or force majeure events.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

All watches sold by Sincrono Luxury are guaranteed 100% authentic.

If proven otherwise by verifiable expert evidence, we will provide a full refund.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud

  • Statutory consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

EU consumers may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in their country of residence.
