International Warranty Policy
At Sincrono Luxury, we stand behind the quality of the timepieces we sell and work closely with our partner brands to ensure a transparent and reliable warranty experience for our customers worldwide.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All watches sold by Sincrono Luxury are covered by the manufacturer’s international warranty, which is generally valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the brand. The exact warranty duration and conditions may vary depending on the manufacturer and specific model.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults related to materials or workmanship that occur under normal conditions of use.
Warranty Examination & Approval
In the event of a warranty claim, Sincrono Luxury reserves the right to examine the watch prior to approving any repair or replacement. This examination is carried out to determine whether the reported issue is due to a manufacturing defect or a defect related to the original production of the watch.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, unauthorised repairs or modifications, water damage due to incorrect use, or normal wear and tear.
Only issues confirmed as manufacturing-related will be accepted under warranty.
Exclusions & Consumables
The manufacturer’s warranty typically does not cover consumable components, including but not limited to:

Watch straps or bracelets

Batteries and accumulators (including rechargeable batteries)
These components are subject to natural wear over time and are therefore excluded from standard warranty coverage.
However, in certain exceptional cases, Sincrono Luxury has approved warranty claims for straps or accumulators when a clear manufacturing defect has been identified. Such cases are assessed individually and remain at the discretion of Sincrono Luxury and the manufacturer.
