In rare cases where additional verification is required for security purposes, dispatch may be delayed.

All watches are shipped fully insured and tracked.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
3. UK Delivery

Import Duties & Taxes
For customers outside the UK:

5. Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Ownership of goods transfers only once full payment has been received.

If a parcel appears damaged upon arrival, you must notify the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours.

7. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate.

8. Lost or Stolen Parcels
All shipments are insured.
If your parcel is lost in transit:

Claims resolution may take time depending on the courier’s investigation process.
If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, responsibility passes to the recipient.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery and the item is returned to us:

Return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
