Before the Black Operator, before THE BEAST and long before today's Electric WRX, there was the Night.
The WRX Automatic Chrono Night belongs to the formative years of RALF TECH's professional watchmaking story — an early-generation WRX automatic chronograph that was already appearing as the “Night Explorer” more than fifteen years ago.
Today, RALF TECH officially classifies the remaining examples as N.O.S. — New Old Stock: original watches from discontinued collections, preserved new and unworn. Only 250 numbered pieces were ever produced.
Its imposing 47.5mm black-PVD steel case surrounds a distinctive black carbon dial and houses the RTAC001 automatic chronograph, based on the celebrated Valjoux 7750 architecture.
A huge 5.9mm curved sapphire crystal, protected screw-down crown, professional unidirectional bezel and 300 metres of water resistance give the Night the serious capability expected from an early WRX.
A hand-sewn black alligator strap adds an unexpectedly luxurious counterpoint, with a black silicone strap supplied for more active use.
