In 2026, RALF TECH and CNES continue their collaboration by unveiling a new exceptional timepiece: the WRX SUPERNOVA MILLENIUM. Inspired by the extreme forces that shape our universe, this creation is part of a reflection on time that is both scientific and poetic. Between the ocean depths and the immensity of the cosmos, the WRX SUPERNOVA MILLENIUM embodies the invisible link that unites these two opposing worlds.

A masterful design, a radically lighter case.

The WRX SUPERNOVA MILLENIUM retains the iconic lines and signature profile of the WRX collection, while reinterpreting them with precision. Crafted from Grade 1 titanium (T35 aerospace-grade), its sculpted and hollowed-out case achieves a dramatic weight reduction: 104 grams lighter, dropping from 200 to just 96 grams, without altering its dimensions. A technical feat designed for comfort and performance.

A dial designed like a cockpit

Inspired by cockpit interfaces, particularly those of the International Space Station, the dial adopts an instrumental logic where readability is vital. An approach faithful to RALF TECH’s DNA of exploration. It eliminates the superfluous to retain only the essential: precision, readability, and absolute efficiency. A true invitation to distant journeys, it evokes the exploration of the cosmos: constellations, nebulae, planets… And those massive stars destined to become supernovas.

An innovative and further-enhanced movement.

Developed in Switzerland for RALF TECH, the RTE001 movement is based on an exclusive micro-hybrid system. It combines precision, reliability, and energy efficiency. Evolving from the first hybrid movements used in the WRX, it reduces the number of moving parts and simplifies the energy architecture as much as possible. Powered by a high-capacity lithium battery, it offers exceptional battery life of up to 100,000 hours—nearly 12 years. This extraordinary longevity, far exceeding watchmaking standards, allows for a very long-term perspective on time and exploration

An exclusive sealing system.

The WRX SUPERNOVA MILLENIUM features a unique “case back” with an exclusive encapsulation system. This innovation ensures a perfect seal between the case back and the case. Only RALF TECH has the specialized tools required to open and reseal this case back, guaranteeing that every service maintains the original water resistance.

Grade 1 titanium case (T35 aerospace grade), 5.9 mm scratch-resistant sapphire crystal—the thickest on the market for a production watch—a case reinforced up to 10 mm at strategic points, wide straps secured by anti-tear threaded pins, ceramic bezel, water resistance guaranteed up to 1,000 m… the new SUPERNOVA SUPERNOVA is, at its core, a powerhouse of performance and reliability. It is also designed to withstand extreme conditions:-120 °C to +65 °C, intense vibrations, and G-forces up to 8G. These performance results, validated by zero-gravity/microgravity flight tests conducted in March 2024 with the first WRX SPACE MILLENIUM models, reflect RALF TECH’s expertise and experience.

Simplified maintenance.

A check every 10 to 12 years is sufficient to verify the watch’s power system, replace all gaskets, and perform recapsulation. 6/10 This minimal maintenance ensures reliability and peace of mind for the next decade.
