The Académie Sunrise takes the elegant proportions of RALF TECH's most classical collection and introduces something altogether more relaxed: an azure-blue dial surrounded by a beautifully polished 41mm steel case.
There is a wonderful lightness to it.
Applied steel indices, BGW9 Super-LumiNova® and the absence of a date keep the dial clean, while the thick glassbox sapphire gives the watch the slightly softened character of something from the 1950s or 1960s.
Yet beneath that elegance is genuine substance.
The automatic RTA003 movement sits behind a screw-down caseback, while a screw-down crown helps provide an impressive 200 metres of water resistance. A black Tropic strap is supplied alongside the hand-sewn calfskin strap, allowing the Sunrise to move easily from elegant to informal.
Only 100 pieces will be produced.
