Based on the architecture of the WRX Original, the Electric Ocean introduces a deep matte navy-blue dial inspired by the great depths of the sea — what RALF TECH describes as one of the last frontiers of human exploration.
It is a simple change that transforms the watch.
The substantial 47.5mm satin-finished steel case remains unmistakably WRX, but the navy sandwich dial gives this version a slightly softer, more maritime personality than the uncompromising black Original.
Its two-layer construction allows generous amounts of BGW9 Super-LumiNova® to sit beneath the dial, creating exceptional visibility in darkness while adding real depth to the display.
And the engineering underneath remains very serious.
A huge 5.9mm curved sapphire crystal, protected screw-down crown and RALF TECH’s exclusive encapsulated caseback contribute to 500 metres / 1,650 feet of water resistance. The professional 120-click unidirectional bezel follows ISO 6425 diving-watch principles.
Inside is the RTE001 Long Range Electric Micro Hybrid movement. Developed in Switzerland specifically for RALF TECH, it combines exceptional precision and reliability with autonomy of up to 100,000 hours — almost twelve years.
The watch arrives on black silicone, with a second black Zulu strap supplied.
Production is restricted to 100 pieces per year.
