The Out Of Order Diverissimo Azteco takes the familiar architecture of a serious automatic diver and gives it a much more expressive identity, drawing inspiration from the geometric patterns and visual language of ancient Aztec art.
Those motifs run through the watch rather than simply decorating its surface. The intricate pattern appears across the two-layer dial, continues onto the automatic rotor visible through the sapphire case back, and even reappears on the bracelet clasp.
And when the light disappears, the character changes again.
A lower layer of Super-LumiNova C3, combined with luminous detailing across the upper dial, hands and indexes, transforms the pattern after dark — a particularly effective combination of decoration and genuine diving-watch legibility.
Inside is the Miyota 9015, one of Japan's respected premium automatic movements, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with approximately 42 hours of power reserve. Sapphire crystal, a 120-click unidirectional bezel, screw-down crown and 200 metres of water resistance give the Diverissimo the substance to match its appearance.
The collection offers three personalities: Dark Grey, restrained and architectural; Sand, warmer and enhanced by OOO's distinctive aged treatment; and Ottanio, whose aqua-green dial makes the Aztec-inspired geometry particularly vivid.
