For more than twenty years, I have worked in industrial and automotive design, creating products where emotion, engineering and function must exist in perfect balance.

That experience shaped the philosophy behind BATISCAFO.

Every curve, surface and proportion must have a reason. Design should not be decoration; it should serve the object, the wearer and the experience of use.

After years of shaping vehicles produced in hundreds of thousands of examples around the world, I began to ask a simple question:

Why should exceptional industrial design be reserved only for those able to spend the price of a car on a watch?

 

BATISCAFO was created to answer that question.

It is not a fashion brand, and it is not built around borrowed prestige. It is a design-driven watch company founded on the belief that strong proportions, honest materials and functional beauty should be accessible to more people.

The inspiration comes from many places: architecture, aviation, automotive design and the great icons of watchmaking. But inspiration is only the beginning. The goal is not to recreate the past, but to apply the discipline of professional industrial design to watches that feel original, purposeful and emotionally engaging.
