The WRX Electric Stardust takes RALF TECH's formidable professional diving instrument and gives it an unexpected new destination.
Created in the spirit of space exploration and closely connected to the story begun by the WRX Space Millenium, the Stardust draws its character from the Moon and the darkness beyond it.
At its centre is a black micro-grained sandwich dial whose texture gives the watch an almost mineral quality. It feels less like a conventional black surface and more like something shaped by dust, rock and shadow.
Around it sits the unmistakable 47.5mm WRX case, manufactured from 316L surgical steel and given a sandblasted matte finish. The absence of polished surfaces suits the Stardust perfectly: this is a watch whose personality comes from texture rather than shine.
And underneath the celestial inspiration remains a very serious RALF TECH.
A 5.9mm curved sapphire crystal, protected screw-down crown, encapsulated caseback and 120-click ceramic diving bezel contribute to an extraordinary 1,000 metres / 3,300 feet of water resistance.
Inside is the RTE001 Long Range Electric Micro Hybrid movement, offering autonomy of up to 100,000 hours — almost twelve years.
The hand-sewn vintage anthracite calfskin strap reinforces the grey, lunar character of the watch, while a black silicone strap is supplied for more demanding use.
Only 100 pieces will be produced.
