The MARCHAND Classic Driver Chronograph takes its inspiration from the sports and grand touring cars of the 1970s and 1980s.
Its 43mm stainless-steel case frames a black motorsport-inspired dial, complete with contrasting chronograph displays and Marchand's distinctive red-zone detailing — a subtle reference to the instruments of classic performance cars.
A perforated tan leather rally strap adds warmth and reinforces the period character, recalling the leather interiors and driving gloves of an earlier era.
Inside is a dependable Japanese quartz chronograph movement, while 100 metres of water resistance makes it practical enough to be worn well beyond the occasional weekend drive. A chequered caseback provides one final motorsport reference.
